Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales made through the mahparfum.com website, operated by M.A.H, RCS 843 015 157, with its principal place of business located at 15 RUE DE LA LITTE, 92390 VILLENEUVE-LA-GARENNE, FRANCE.

Article 2 – Products

Product specifications and prices are presented as accurately as possible. However, the seller shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions. Product images are not binding.

Article 3 – Price

Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes (TTC). Delivery charges or fees for special packaging are additional and will be specified at the time of order. Prices are subject to change at any time but remain valid as long as they are displayed on the website.

Article 4 – Orders

The customer must log in before placing an order. Any order constitutes a distance contract between the customer and the seller. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute.

Article 5 – Order Validation and Confirmation

A contractual confirmation is sent to the customer by email no later than the time of delivery. The seller may refuse an order for a legitimate reason, such as a supply issue or an unusual order.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered according to the terms specified at the time of order. The average delivery time is 3 business days after order confirmation. In the event of a delay, a refund may be issued if no alternative solution is accepted. The seller is not liable in cases of force majeure.

Article 7 – Payment

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer, using secure payment methods such asPayPal. No banking information is stored. The payment is charged at the time of order with no additional fees.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has 14 days to cancel the purchase. For products in the “Vips” category, this right is expressly waived upon confirmation of the order.

Article 9 – Returns and Refunds

In the event of a cancellation, the customer must notify us of their decision before the deadline expires. Products must be returned in their original condition, at the customer’s expense. A refund will be issued within 14 days.

Article 10 – Liability

M.A.H. shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Internet (service interruptions, viruses, etc.).

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

All content on the mahparfum.com website is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Article 12 – Personal Data

In accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), personal data is used to process orders. Customers may exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of their data at any time.

Article 13 – Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought. The customer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
