Refund Policy

Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with applicable law (European Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

Exception: For products and brands in the “Vips” category, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal upon confirming the order.

Return Policy

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or used will not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the error is attributable to MAH Parfum (incorrect or damaged product, etc.).

Return Procedure

Before returning any item, the customer must contact customer service to notify them of their decision to cancel the purchase:

Refund

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the returned products or proof of their shipment, whichever comes first.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used when placing the order. No refunds will be issued in cash.

Non-refundable products

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Products Damaged Upon Receipt

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Products

  • Products in the “Vips” category
